PlayStation

PlayStation is a series of game consoles released by Sony. Consoles have been produced since December 1994 and the most recent was released in November 2020. Main series consoles are numbered in order, with the PlayStation(PS1), PlayStation 2(PS2), PlayStation 3(PS3), PlayStation 4(PS4), and PlayStation 5(PS5). Other consoles have been made on the side of these hugely successful gaming machines, such as the PSX(PSX), PlayStation Portable(PSP), and PlayStation Vita(PSVITA). The PlayStation 2 is the best selling console of all time, amassing over 150 million units sold, whilst some others have not particularly enjoyed the worldwide success, such as the PlayStation 3, PSX, PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 5.
